Data We Collect: Name, phone, email, address for mobile visits, booking history, health & medical history, allergies, medications, pregnancy status (special category data Art 9), treatment notes, photos of setup with consent.

Purpose: To provide safe massage, manage bookings, comply with insurance & HMRC, send reminders, aftercare, marketing only with explicit opt-in.

Lawful Basis: Art 6(1)(b) contract to provide service, Art 6(1)(c) legal obligation HMRC, Art 6(1)(f) legitimate interest to manage business, Art 6(1)(a) consent for marketing/photos. Art 9(2)(a) explicit consent for health data, Art 9(2)(h) health provision.

Retention: Booking & financial 6 years HMRC, health/medical consultation forms 7 years per CThA/BABTAC insurance requirements, marketing until opt-out, photos until consent withdrawn. DPA 2018 compliant.

Sharing: Only with insurers (Salon Gold), accountants, IT hosts (WhatsApp, Google) under UK GDPR contracts. No sale. No NHSBSA/GP sharing unless required by law or emergency. No international transfer outside UK/EEA without adequacy.

Health Declaration: You must disclose health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, allergies, medications. Owner discretion may refuse or adapt service if contraindicated (e.g., fever, contagious condition, recent surgery).

Bookings & Cancellation: 24hr cancellation policy = 50% fee, no-show = 100% fee. Same-day mobile may require full address & parking info.

Conduct: Professional therapeutic massage only. Any inappropriate behaviour will end session immediately with full fee payable.

Liability: Services provided with reasonable skill & care. Liability limited to service value paid. Not liable for indirect loss. Nothing limits liability for death/personal injury due to negligence.

Copyright: Content, images, text owned by Serenity Touch. No copying.

Law: Governed by England & Wales law. Courts of Stoke-on-Trent have jurisdiction.

What are Cookies: Small text files to make site work and understand usage.
